Our team was thrilled to be a part of the Lean Construction Institute l Northern CA Community of Practice Women at the Helm: Building Diverse, Lean Teams event.

Construction teams are continuing early-morning concrete pours, with scheduled activities on November 11 and 25. Early-morning concrete pours will continue into January 2026, then pause for several months before the next phase begins.

Crews will continue major concrete placements through the end of the year, supporting the Helen Diller Hospital’s base and core structure. Several of these pours are scheduled in the early morning hours to ensure optimal curing conditions and minimize heat buildup in the concrete.
